You must be at least 13 years old to play. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you confirm a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

Signing in with Google is required to play, and your progress is stored against that Google account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your Google sign-in credentials private. You can delete your account at any time in Settings; deletion permanently removes your progress, virtual items, and balances.

Coins, Gems, Dust, card skins, boards, avatars, and any other in-game items (“Virtual Items”) are governed by the following rules.

Some rewards are randomized: event card packs and the Vault's “random card” purchase each grant one card from that collection, with every card you are still missing equally likely. You can receive a card you already own; duplicates are converted to Dust automatically. Every card can also be obtained directly (non-randomly) with Coins, Gems, or Dust as shown in the Game, so no collection requires randomized purchases to complete.

Don't cheat, exploit bugs, automate play, interfere with the service, or use offensive names. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

We may update, change, or discontinue the Game (in whole or in part) at any time. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify players of material changes, but online features depend on third-party services and are not guaranteed to be available.

The Game, including its art, design, code, and names, belongs to Paul Steinberg LLC or its licensors. These terms give you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to play; they don't transfer any ownership.

The Game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Game is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
