Refund Policy

Protocol updated: January 2026. This policy ensures functional transparency for all transactions within the PSB Idea ecosystem.

Summary Protocol

As our products consist of immediate digital downloads, software-as-a-service, and virtual assets for NumQ and Cardly, all sales are considered final upon delivery.

Platform Integration

Refunds for acquisitions channeled through Google Play or Stripe are subject to the respective platform's regulatory standards and verification logic.

Functional Restrictions

Digital assets (e.g., gacha currency, puzzle unlocks, and premium assessment reports) are classified as consumed immediately upon acquisition. No partial or full refunds are granted for active subscriptions that are canceled before the cycle expiration.

PSB Idea protocol allows for refund considerations in the following high-priority exceptions:
