How to DeleteYour Paw Card Account
You can delete your Paw Card account and everything attached to it at any time. There are two ways to do it.
Option 1 — Fastest
In the app
- 1Open Paw Card
- 2Tap the gear icon to open Settings
- 3Stay on the Account tab
- 4Tap DELETE next to Delete Account, and confirm
Your account and its data are removed immediately. This cannot be undone.
Option 2 — No app needed
By email
If you have already uninstalled the app, or you cannot sign in, email us and we will delete your account for you.

So we can find the right account, please include one of the following:
- Your Player ID — shown on the Profile screen in the app, and tappable to copy
- The Google account you signed in with
We will action your request within 30 days and email you when it is done. We may contact you to confirm your identity first.
Please email us from the same Google account you use to sign in to Paw Card — that address is how your account is identified.
Scope
What gets deleted
Everything we hold that identifies you or records your play:
Your profile
Nickname, avatar, level and XP.
Your currency balances
Coins, Gems, and any event currency.
Your inventory
Every card back, board and profile portrait you own.
Your card collection
Including all event progress.
Your match history
And your match statistics.
Your mission progress
Daily, weekly and monthly.
Your sign-in account
So the app no longer recognises you.
Your nickname reservation
Which frees that name for someone else to use.
Exceptions
What is not deleted, and why
Purchase records
Payments are handled by Google Play, not by us, and we are required to keep transaction records for tax and accounting purposes. To ask about data Google holds, use Google's own privacy tools.
Anonymous, aggregated statistics
Figures that cannot be linked back to you — for example a count of how many matches were played on a given day.
Crash reports
These may be retained by our error-monitoring provider for a short period. They are not linked to your account.

Before you delete
It cannot be undone
There is no recovery, no grace period, and no way to restore a deleted account.
Purchases are not refunded and cannot be transferred
Gems, Coins and anything you bought with them are gone. Refund requests go to Google Play and are subject to their policy.
Deleting the app is not the same as deleting your account
Uninstalling leaves your data with us — use one of the two options above to remove it.
